Outdoor Learning space is now fully accessible for students to use during therapies, learning activities, and moments of connection and growth. Beyond its educational purpose, this outdoor space also stands as a heartfelt memorial honoring the lives we have lost, creating a place of reflection, hope, and remembrance for our community.

With the help of dedicated volunteers, we transformed the sign of Kilmer Center into a bright, eye-catching orange —Absolutely love the new look. Volunteers also add a creative touch by painting decorative rocks to brighten up the outdoor space. We proud to support such a vibrant and deserving community.

Our team joined the SUDC Awareness Walk with purpose and pride—to raise awareness, fund research, and honor the lives affected by Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood. Siblings of the Exceptional were honored to host a booth, and sponsor healthy refreshments for all attendees, helping keep the energy and spirits high.

Every year, Langley High School’s freshman basketball team provides baked goodies to residents of Sunrise of McLean Assisted Living and spends time with them. This year, Siblings of the Exceptional is joining in by baking and donating treats for the basketball team’s visit.
